MEET YOUR FARMER
Hi, I’m Nicole, the farmer behind Deer Creek Pastures.
I’m a first-generation farmer building this farm from scratch in northeast Georgia while continuing my work in sustainability and environmental engineering. On the farm, I get to put my passion for health and conservation into practice by raising sheep and cattle on pasture with a focus on improving the soil, raising happy and healthy animals, and producing food I’m proud to share.
What We Raise

Katahdin hair sheep raised on rotational pasture. Whole & half shares available each summer.

Registered American Angus cattle raised on grass. Seed stock available in a future season.

33 acres of grass and hardwoods in Northeast Georgia. Raising livestock while restoring soil health.

LAMB GOES TO PROCESSOR:
Your lamb is processed at a USDA-inspected processor. You can choose your cuts or I’ll guide you – chops, ground lamb, roasts.
PICK UP YOUR MEAT:
We’ll coordinate pick up at the farm. Your order comes vacuum sealed and labeled.
